AbstractA new 16-membered macrolide named aspergillide D (1), along with six known compounds, including two polyketones (2-3) and four alkaloids (4-7), were isolated from the culture broth of a marine-derived fungus Aspergillus sp. SCSGAF 0076. The structure of 1 was elucidated on the basis of NMR and mass spectra. Compound 5 showed an obvious inhibitory effect on influenza virus strains H1N1 and H3N2.
