Abstract在海南岛新村湾海草床采集泰来藻(Thalassia hemperichii)和海菖蒲(Enhalus acoroides)样品,研究在不同浓度的Cu和Pb胁迫下,其根、茎、叶对该两种典型重金属累积的化学形态;结合海草分离培养装置,探讨Pb胁迫下泰来藻地上和地下组织吸收累积Pb的规律;并利用电镜技术研究了在Pb胁迫下泰来藻体内主要细胞器(叶绿体、线粒体)超微结构的变化,主要结果如下:
