Abstract本研究针对从我国沿海海域分离得到的微拟球藻属(Nannochloropsis)藻株,基于藻株的生长和油脂生成特性,根据藻株的脂肪酸组成和含量预测其生物柴油制品的理化参数,分析评估藻株的产油及产多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFAs)特性,开展藻株的高pH法沉降采收及其培养基循环利用技术的探究。主要研究结果如下: 1)从我国沿海海域分离得到5个Nannochloropsis sp.的藻株,通过形态学鉴定和分子系统分类学鉴定,将5个藻株初步定名为Nannochloropsis sp. 1049,105,206,590和628。 2)在500 mL锥形瓶中培养的5个藻株的油脂含量在30%干重(DCW)以上,其中1049藻株和105藻株的油脂含量分别高达39.90±0.37% 和40.04±1.67% DCW。中性脂含量可占总脂的70%左右,单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFAs)占总脂肪酸的50%以上,碳链长度C16-...
Other AbstractIn this work, Nannochloropsis sp. strains were newly isolated from China’s coastal waters. Then to evaluate the lipids and polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) production of these strains based on the growth and lipid biosynthesis characteristics of the strains and estimated the properties of biodiesel transformed from the microalgae oils according to the fatty acid profile of the strains. And investigated the feasibility of culture medium reutilization after the high pH harvesting.
