SCSIO 04089是一株从南海北部水深3025米处沉积物中分离到的小单孢菌,通过优化发酵条件,发现该株菌能产生丰富的具有良好生物活性的聚酮类化合物。现已从SCSIO 04089中分离出聚酮化合物89-17D及6个可能为其二聚体衍生物的同系物,推测这些化合物可能有良好的生物活性。根据全基因组扫描和生物信息学分析,鉴定了化合物89-17D的生物合成基因簇,它与已发表的菌株Salinispora tropica CNB-440的产lomaiviticins类化合物的生物合成基因簇高度相似。两者的区别在于,89-17D的基因簇中多出2个额外的开放阅读框(orf)orf44和orf45。89-17D生物合成基因簇大小约为63 kb,由58个开放阅读框组成。生物信息学分析显示,在58个开放阅读框中,16个为PKS相关的基因,8个ORFs为转运或抗性相关的基因,...; Micromonospora sp. SCSIO 04089 was isolated from a marine sediment sample with the depth of 3025 meters in northern South China Sea. After optimizing fermentation conditions, the strain SCSIO 04089 was found to be capable of producing the polyketide 89-17D and six uncharacterized dimerized derivatives of 89-17D, which processed good biological activities. Through genome scanning and bioinformatic analysis, we have identified the biosynthetic gene cluster of 89-17D. It shows high similarity to the lomaiviticins biosynthesis gene cluster of Salinispora tropica CNB-440.
