AbstractStreptomyces sp. SCSIO 11863 是一株从涠洲岛海域沉积物(-10 m)中分离得到的链霉菌,活性测试结果显示,该菌株具有中等程度的抑菌活性。基因组扫描与生物信息学分析表明菌株SCSIO 11863 共编码26 个生物合成基因簇,其中2 个为II 型PKS 生物合成基因簇。本课题组前期从菌株SCSIO 11863 中分离到次级代谢产物enterocin、5-deoxyenterocin及2 个疑似为新结构的化合物11863-K-13 和11863-K-18,本论文主要围绕这两个新化合物开了以下工作:
