南海北部物理-生态耦合模型构建与应用; A physical-ecological coupling model and it’s application research in the Nothern South China Sea

Abstract本文构建了一个适合南海北部生态系统研究的物理-生态耦合模型(ROMS—NPZD),与其耦合的生态系统动力学模型是一个三维营养盐(N)—浮游植物(P)—浮游动物(Z)—碎屑(D)(NPZD)生态模型。 利用构建南海北部ROMS—NPZD模型,开展了南海北部沿岸生态系统对夏季沿岸上升流响应研究。模式运行结果显示,模拟结果和之前实测结果基本一致;南海北部沿岸上升流海区表层海水表现出显著低温度和高盐度现象,近岸低温、高盐表层海水被离岸温暖、低盐表层海水包围。上升流海区表层海水温度要比与其邻近的116°E周围海区表层海水温度低2-3?C左右,而盐度接近34PSU,比116°E附近海区32PSU要高。对于沿岸海域生态系统来说,南海北部沿岸上升流就如同是一个强有力的营养盐泵,将底层富含营养盐海水带到表层,因此,模型模拟出了表层高NO3-N浓度特征;与硝酸盐垂直分布变化基本类似,浮游植物最大浓度分布水层也...
Other AbstractIn present paper, the physical coupling marine ecosystem dynamic model (ROMS-NPZD) is constructed for the Nothern South China Sea.The applied physical model is the Regional Ocean Modeling System (ROMS) and the coupled ecosystem dynamic ecmodel is the nutrient-phytoplankton-zooplankton-detritus (NPZD) marine ecological model. Based on the simulated results, it was preliminarily revealed that the Northern South China Sea (NSCS) ecosystem has a significant response to the NSCS summer coastal upwelling system.
